Acceptance of a quote from Zengrenade implies that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. INTERPRETATION
1.1 In this Contract unless the context otherwise requires:
"We", "us" and "our" mean Zengrenade;
"You" means the customer we make this Contract with. It includes a person who we reasonably believe is acting with the customer's authority or knowledge;
"Contract" means the agreement of the quote between you and us, which incorporates these conditions;

"the Internet" means the global data network comprising interconnected networks using TCP/IP ("Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol");
"Artwork" refers to all drawings, designs, and other work and materials created or developed in relation to this Contract;
"designs" refers to all characters, designs, logos, likeness, service marks, design marks and other related materials.
2. TERMS
2.1 We will not use any Artwork produced in relation to this Contract in any other context, other than in the promotion of our services.
2.2 We will endeavour to always create original Artwork, designs and characters to the best of our knowledge.
2.3 We permit all reasonable use of Artwork created by us as specified in the Contract.

"Artwork" refers to all drawings, designs, and other work and materials created or developed in relation to this Contract;
"designs" refers to all characters, designs, logos, likeness, service marks, design marks and other related materials.
3. CONDITIONS
3.1 All Artwork remains the sole property of Zengrenade until paid for in full.
3.2 Zengrenade retain copyright and ownership of all designs unless otherwise stated or an agreement has been made and copyright has been signed over.
3.3 This Artwork is supplied for use on the Internet and additional media as specified in the Contract. Use of the Artwork in any other media, reproduction and distribution of the Artwork outside the context of this Contract is prohibited without prior written agreement.
3.4 Re-interpretation of any of our Artwork by any agent other than Zengrenade is prohibited without our prior agreement.
3.5 Alteration to the content or appearance of any Artwork (other than resizing) cannot be made without the express permission of Zengrenade. Any post processing, including resizing, must not overly degrade the quality of the Artwork. Zengrenade reserve the right to demand replacement of any images, which are deemed to be of insufficient quality.
3.6 We reserve the right to use any Artwork in promotion of our services to third parties.
3.7 The Artwork cannot be sold, rented or hired out to any Third Party.
4. LIABILITY
4.1 We do not accept any liability or responsibility for any offence caused by, or any civil or legal action arising from the use or display of, any Artwork or other related material.
5. CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT
5.1 We reserve the right to charge for any work undertaken in relation to the Contract, up to the date that we receive notification of the cancellation.
6. AMENDMENT TO POLICIES
6.1 We reserve the right to make any amendment to our policies at any time, without notification.
Any work produced by Zengrenade is protected by, and subject to, International Copyright Law.

"merchandising" refers to any product sold for the purposes of promotion.
2. CONDITIONS
2.1 We automatically retain Intellectual Copyright on all Artwork we create. Payment covers the use of Artwork for the purposes specified in the Contract. It does not grant you ownership of the Copyright. Copyright can be purchased for an additional fee which can be negotiated on request.
2.2 Use of any Artwork outside the terms of the Contract will be deemed a Breach of Copyright, and we will take legal action if deemed necessary. Written agreement from us must be solicited prior to any use of the Artwork which is outside the scope of the original Contract.
2.3 Any form of merchandising which includes in whole or in part, Artwork created by Zengrenade is viewed as a Breach of Copyright, unless such use is included in the Contract. This excludes material or materials distributed solely for promotional purposes.
